Comes with a foam filter element. Note: Installs directly to S&S Super E and G carburetors. An optional adapter is available for the OEM CV (Constant Vacuum) carburetor (MCS 982167) and Mikuni HSR 42/45 carburetors (MCS 982124).S&S Super E/G carbs bolt-on CV carb and Mikuni HSR 42/45 with adapter
