Replacement for L76-84 Shovel (excl. L1982 models with special routed oil lines). Repl. 18610-66B and 18602-80A. Note: On 53-E76 engine cases you will need a tappet screw conversion kit threaded for early style cases (502990 allen head or 513555 acorn); with flat style tappet screws which will fit this late (flat) style tappet guide.
